For a lot of people, music is what keeps them sane! I know I'd go crazy at work if I didn't have my classical tunes to write to at work, and I'd probably completely lose it on my commute if I couldn't zone out to some shoegaze. For a music lover, there has never been a better time to be alive than now. While plenty of music enthusiasts still collect CDs, tapes, and records, streaming services put pretty much all music at our fingertips in an instant. So, we can all make playlists with music from all sorts of genres without having to go through the labor-intensive process of burning a mixtape.

Everyone organizes their music differently. Some people have one big master playlist of songs that they like; others like to make playlists for each month based off of their Spotify Weekly. Then of course, there are those of us that make oddly specific playlists for every possible mood.
